Please note that our services do not cover legal advice nor legal services, tax advice nor accounting services, detailed market research, graphic nor product design, nor recruiting services. We focus on addressing your company's business and operational challenges in a phased approach, ensuring that each issue is systematically addressed and resolved to solve business challenges and achieve sustainable company success.

The General Terms and Conditions, The Processing of Personal Data (GDPR), The Limitations and Exclusions
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the services provided by WOLFSTARK (business entity TABELA MANAGEMENT s.r.o., registered office PÅ™íkop 838/6, Zábrdovice, 602 00 Brno, Czech Republic, company ID: 02589893, hereinafter referred to as "the Company," "we," or "us"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not use our services.
2. Services
WOLFSTARK offers business consultation services to clients in the European Union (EU), European Economic Area (EEA), USA and Canada under the law valid in Czech Republic. The nature and scope of the services will be outlined in a separate document "Scope of delivery" agreed between the Company and the client.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary for the provision of consultation services. The Company is not liable for any consequences resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.
4. Confidentiality
All information shared by both parties will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without the other patry's explicit consent, except as required by law.
5. Payment
Payment terms will be specified in the agreement between the Company and the client. Failure to adhere to the agreed-upon payment terms may result in the suspension of services.
6. Intellectual Property
Any materials, documents, or intellectual property developed as part of the consultation services shall remain the property of the Company unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the services provided.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term of the agreement. Termination does not relieve the client of the obligation to pay for services rendered prior to termination.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Czech Republic. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Czech Republic.
10. Amendments
The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Notice of amendments will be provided to clients, and continued use of the services after the effective date of the amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.

12. Subscription and Payment
The client agrees to subscribe to the Company's services on a monthly basis. Payment for each month of service is due in advance and must be received by the Company before the commencement of the service period. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of services.
13. Automatic Renewal
Unless otherwise specified in writing, the client's subscription will automatically renew on a monthly basis. The client authorizes the Company to charge the provided payment method for each renewal period.
14. Cancellation
The client has the right to cancel the subscription at any time by providing written notice to the Company at least 15 days before the next billing cycle. The client will be responsible for payment for the entire billing cycle in which the cancellation occurs.
15. Refunds
No refunds will be issued for partial use of the services during a billing cycle. In the event of cancellation, the client will not be entitled to a refund for any unused portion of the subscription.
16. Changes to Subscription
The client agree to upgrade or downgrade their subscription level by providing written notice of annual sales volume to the Company at least 15 days before the next billing cycle. Changes to the subscription level may result in adjustments to the subscription fee.
17. Late Payments
Late payments may be subject to interest charges or penalties as specified in the payment terms. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for accounts with overdue payments.
18. Communication
All communication related to subscription, payments, and cancellations shall be conducted through the contact information provided by the client during the registration process. The client is responsible for keeping their contact information up to date.
19. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, war, acts of terrorism, labor disputes, and government actions.
20. Personal Data Processing
For the purposes of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), The Company is the Data Controller for the personal data you provide. The Company may also act as a Data Processor for certain types of personal data.
21. Types of Personal Data Processed
The personal data processed by The Company may include but is not limited to:
Contact information (e.g., name, address, email, phone number)
Business-related information (e.g., company name, job title)
Financial information for billing purposes
22. Purpose of Processing

In the event of a data breach that is likely to result in a risk to the rights and freedoms of individuals, The Company will notify the relevant supervisory authority and, when required, the affected data subjects, in accordance with GDPR requirements.
27. Data Retention
The Company will retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.
28. International Data Transfers
If The Company transfers personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA), appropriate safeguards will be implemented to ensure the protection and security of the data in accordance with GDPR requirements.
29. Scope of Delivery
The Company provides business consultation services encompassing expertise and knowledge of our analysts and consultants in the specified areas outlined in the agreement between the Company and the client. The scope of delivery includes but is not limited to:

Any modifications or expansions to the scope of delivery, including the engagement of third-party services, will be subject to negotiation and may result in adjustments to the agreed-upon fees.
30. Exclusions
While The Company is committed to delivering high-quality consultation services, the following are expressly excluded from the scope of our delivery:

Expenses related to third-party services: Any costs incurred for external services, including but not limited to market research, legal advice, or additional consultancy services provided by third parties, are not covered by the agreed-upon fees and are the responsibility of the client.

External analysis: The costs outlined in the agreement do not include fees for external analysis services or research conducted by third-party entities.

Data processing by third parties: The Company does not take responsibility for any data processing activities conducted by third parties, whether engaged directly by the client or independently. This includes, but is not limited to, data analysis, storage, or any processing activities performed outside the control of The Company.
31. Approval of Third-Party Expenses Transfers
Should the client decide to engage third-party services in connection with the consultation services provided by The Company, the client agrees to seek approval from The Company in advance. The Company reserves the right to withhold approval if such third-party services are deemed inconsistent with the objectives of the consultation services or if they raise concerns about compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
It is the client's responsibility to procure and cover the costs associated with any third-party services or external analysis required to complement the consultation services provided by The Company. The client will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with data protection regulations when engaging third parties for any data processing activities.
